Milano Software’s services that are provided to you are subject to the following Terms of Use. The Terms of Use will be updated by Milano Software at any time without notice to you. Milano Software provides you with a variety of resources that can be accessed through our network of web pages. These resources, called Services, include but are not limited to communication forums, download areas, product information, and business building tools. All Services, including product upgrades and enhancements, new features, and the addition of new web pages, are subject to the Terms of Use.


The Services, unless otherwise specified, are for the clients use only. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, modify, publish, license, transfer, create plagiaristic works from, or sell any of our software, products, information or services obtained from the Services.

All software that is available to download from the Services is the copyrighted work of Milano Software. The terms of the end user’s license agreement, which is included with the Software, governs the use of the Software. The end user must first agree to the terms in the License Agreement before the software can be installed.

All Software that is made available for the end user to download is solely for use according to the License Agreement. Severe civil and criminal penalties will result from any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in agreement with the License Agreement. Any violators of the License Agreement will be prosecuted.

THE COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR REDISTRIBUTION OR FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS SUCH REDISTRIBUTION OR REPRODUCTION IS PERMITTED BY THE LICENSE AGREEMENT INCLUDED WITH THE SOFTWARE.

AS A PART OF THE SERVICES OR IN ITS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, MILANO SOFTWARE MAY MAKE TOOLS AND UTILITIES AVAILABLE AT YOUR CONVENIENCE FOR USE AND/OR DOWNLOAD. THE ACCURACY OF THE RESULTS OR OUPUT THAT IS GAINED FROM THE USE OF ANY SUCH TOOLS AND UTILITIES IS NOT GUARANTEED BY MILANO SOFTWARE. WHEN USING THE TOOLS AND UTILITIES MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON THE SERVICES OR IN MILANO SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, PLEASE RESPECT THE PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS.


MILANO SOFTWARE AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS WILL, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR AN INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS DATA, USE OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OCCURING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES OR INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICES.


If any of the Services offered by Milano Software requires registration, you must complete the registration form with accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Many of the Services will require you to login into the client area with your user name and password that was given to you upon the purchase of your Software. You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If any unauthorized use of your account occurs you agree to notify Milano Software immediately. Milano Software will not be held liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account.


You will not use the Services offered to clients for any purpose that is prohibited by these terms and conditions or is unlawful. The Services may not be used in any manner that could disable, damage, overburden or impair any Milano Software server, or the network connected to any Milano Software server, or interfere with another party’s use and enjoyment of the Services. You may not try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, computer systems, other accounts, or networks connected to the Milano Software server by password mining, hacking or any other means.


The Milano Services may include bulletin board services or forums, chat areas, email services, industry news, communities, calendars, photo albums and/or other communication and message facilities intended to allow you to communicate with other clients and the Milano Software staff. You hereby agree to use these Communication Services strictly to send, post and receive messages and materials that are correct and related, when applicable, to the industry and the Services provided from Milano Software. When using the Services you will not: » Harass, abuse, threaten, defame or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, such as privacy and publicity rights. » Post, upload, distribute or publicize any defamatory, inappropriate, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, material, name or information. » Use any of the material or information that is made available through the Services, including images or photographs, in any manner that infringes trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret or propriety right of any party. Milano Software holds the right to cease your access to any or all of the communication components of the Services without notice, at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. Milano Software, at all times, holds the right to reveal any information as Milano Software consider necessary to satisfy any applicable regulation, law, legal process or government request. Milano Software, at all times, holds the right to edit, or refuse to post, or remove any materials or information in whole or in part, in Milano Software’s sole discretion.


There are links located throughout the Milano Software site that will allow you to leave the Milano Software site. The sites that you may link to from the Milano Software site are not under the control of Milano Software and Milano Software is not responsible for any of these linked sites contents, updates, or any changes made to these sites. These links are provided to you as a convenience, and Milano Software is not responsible for any documents, webcasts/podcasts, information or content taken from these linked sites.
